Strategic plan published
We’re delighted to announce that, following consultation last year, we have published our new Strategic Plan 2022-25 ‘A Global Agency with a European Approach’ The new plan includes a slightly revised mission and vision, emphasising our focus as a quality assurance agency. We also outline five strategic priorities:
- An international and internationally recognised agency
- Industry and Student Orientated
- Programme Focussed
- Engaged Membership
- Effective Knowledge Exchange
As part of this work we will be building more international partnerships, growing ECBE’s membership, reviewing our standards and processes to make them more accessible and effective for members, engaging a wider range of stakeholders (including employers) and drastically expanding our knowledge exchange services, including a new Webinar Series that will launch at the start of the 2023/24 academic year. The culmination of which will be greater European recognition.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the consultation and development of the new plan and we look forward to engaging with all member institutions as we deliver on it in the next three years.
