Executive Committee
The current Executive Committee consists of 4 members:
- Pavel Žufan, President, chair of the Executive Committee
- Teresa Shafer, Vice-President
- Matthew Kitching, Director of Accreditation
- Jan Vanherck, Director of Finance and Administration

The BoD delegated all actions regarding operations management, and strategy preparation of the Agency to the Executive Committee. Its responsibilities include, inter alia to:
- Advises the BoD on necessary changes in the Agency's policy, strategy, procedures, operations, corporate image, and on various aspects of higher eductation;
- Prepares the Strategic Plan, including milestones;
- Prepares documents and presentations, needed for decision-taking by the BoD on the above mentioned issues;
- After approval by the BoD of these proposals, updates Statutes, Bye-Laws, Procedures, and Standards;
- Follows-up the Strategic Plan;
- Prepares the yearly budget;
- Prepares the Agency's Self Evaluation Report;
- Follows-up the Procedure Unpaid Invoices, and takes the necessary actions towards members not fullfilling their obligations;
- Brings any request to start legal action against a member for approval to the BoD;
- Brings any request to exclude a member for approval to the BoD;
- Follows-up any other action of operations management.
According to the Bye-Laws, Article 5.2.2, the BoD installed the Executive Committee. This committee meets as many times as needed, averaging 2 times per month.
