Apart from the Executive Committee and the Committee of Appeal, ECBE installed the following commitees:

The Annual Conference Committee organizes the academic part of the Annual Conference.
The composition is as follows: Vice-President or a Boad Member (chair), DoA, the Moderator of the Conference.
The current Committee (2024 hybrid) consists of 3 members

- Alasdair White, Moderator of the Conference
New Statutes and Bye-laws
A lot of changes in ECBE's working methods imply a change of both Statutes and Bye-Laws.
ECBE decided to install a working group to implement the updating of Statutes and Bye-Laws; the working group will become operational in October 2023. Any change of Statutes must be approved by ECBE's General Meeting.
