ECBE Launches new logo and newsletter
Strategic plan consultation launched
We are launching this newsletter in the midst of an exciting new period of development at the agency. The coming months will see us prepare and launch our new strategy and advance a broad programme of work surrounding our brand, value proposition for members and the development of new standards. We are also in the process of refining our programme accreditation process to make it more accessible for member institutions. In the coming months we look forward to sharing more detailed insight into this work. Central to these developments is the construction and delivery of ECBE’s new strategic plan to cover the period up to and including 2025. With that in mind we have launched a consultation period and are inviting stakeholders to engage with the process. A range of potential themes have been identified and the Board of Directors is eager to hear from member institutions and others about what they believe the organisation’s priorities should be for the next 4 years. University of Maribor - Faculty of Logistics: Accredited for 5 years
Congratulations to the University of Maribor’s Faculty of Logistics, who become the latest institution to have programmes re-accredited with ECBE. The review team praised the University for it’s excellent learning resources as well as identifying a series of recommendations for further improvement. Download the full accreditation report
New Year… New WebsiteECBE’s Executive Team are currently working on a new website for the organisation. As well as introducing a refreshed brand, the new website will have dedicated sections for members and reviewers to access key information about programme accreditation. As well as a wide range of resources designed to support knowledge exchange. The new website will be live early in the 2023 and we look forward to sharing it with you in due course. In conjunction with this we will be updating certificates and documentation and writing to member institutions with new corporate image files that they can use on their own websites and in publications.
Dr. Tornike Khoshtaria appointed Senior Reviewer
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Tornike Khoshtaria has been appointed as a Senior Reviewer. Dr Khoshtaria is currently Associate Professor of Marketing and Dean of Healthcare Economics and Management Faculty at University Geomedi. An experienced reviewer for ECBE, Tornike has also worked for the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) as well as for agencies in Latvia, Kazakhstan and his native Georgia. We hope you will join us in congratulating Dr Khoshtaria as he assumes his leadership role within the organisation. Dates for the diaryNext year will be busy for ECBE members as we start implementing the Strategic Plan, launch our new webinar series and undertake a number of accreditation visits. In addition, next Fall we intend to bring together the Heads of all member institutions for a meeting in Brussels to provide you with a strategic update and discuss key developments across the agency. Welcome to the European Council for Business Education’s new member newsletter, providing you with up-to-date information about news, events and quality assurance developments. We are also pleased to inform you that a significant programme of work is currently underway at the agency, that will usher in a series of new developments. The first phase of which has included a brand review that has seen us adopt a new logo for the organisation that we are pleased to share with you for the first time today.
